This Aarog Spices Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be requested.

Because our products include spices and dry fruits, which fall under consumable food items, strict hygiene standards apply. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window (3 Days Only)

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery, but only under the conditions mentioned below.
No requests will be accepted after 3 days.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The parcel is unopened and returned exactly as received
  • The customer provides mandatory parcel-opening video evidence

โŒ Not Accepted:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Opened spice packs
  • Used items
  • Unsealed dry fruits
  • Sale/discounted items

Food items cannot be returned once opened due to health and hygiene regulations in Pakistan.


3. Mandatory Evidence Required

To process a return or replacement, customers must provide:

  • ๐Ÿ“น Parcel opening video (without cuts; required for all damage claims)
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Return of the product in original packaging
  • ๐Ÿงพ Order number / proof of purchase

Note: Photos alone are not accepted.


4. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Store Credit / Coupon (optional)

โš  Refund Policy:

Refund is issued after deducting courier charges, unless Aarog Spices is at fault.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the customer requests a return: Customer pays the shipping cost
  • If Aarog Spices is responsible (damaged/wrong item): Aarog Spices pays return shipping
  • No shipping charges apply where return is not required (perishable, disposable cases)

6. Replacement Policy

We offer:

  • โœ” Free replacement for damaged or wrong items
  • โœ” Replacement issued only if stock is available

If stock is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD customers:

  • Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and verified
  • Processing time is 15โ€“20 working days
  • Courier deductions apply unless Aarog Spices is responsible

8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used spice packs
  • Opened or used dry fruits
  • Unsealed food items
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Products without a parcel-opening video

9. Refund Processing Time

All refunds are processed within:

15โ€“20 working days

This period is required to verify the complaint, inspect returns, and complete bank/e-wallet disbursement.
